Growing up in a multi-generational New York City family who owned and managed multi-family properties dating back to the early 1900s, it was natural for Bruce Lublin to continue the tradition. Bruce’s career in real estate began in the early 1970s. Having gained experience in the banking and mortgage servicing industry, in the early 1980s, Bruce helped establish a major mortgage banking operation located in Westchester County, New York, and was appointed President. In less than 5 years, the operation grew to over 100 employees with multiple branch offices. As President of the company, Bruce established seller/servicing relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, and other institutional mortgage investors with a servicing portfolio in excess of $0.5 billion and he oversaw all financial and secondary marketing activities.

In 1987, Bruce founded Homerica Mortgage Corporation, and has originated over $2.0 billion in mortgages, representing nearly ten thousand satisfied customers in New York and Connecticut. In 1999, he saw an opportunity to revolutionize the industry by combining the real estate and mortgage broker services under one roof and founded Homerica Realty Services.

I work with the loan processor to provide any letters of explanation or additional documentation as necessary and required by underwriting to clear all conditions and close your loans promptly.
